It’s always funny for me to watch the crowd that attends a Parov Stelar concert. I Focus mostly on those who never saw them playing live, and their reactions are always putting a huge smile on my face. The band is capable to transform the whole venue into a dancing Party, it feels more like clubbing: they know how to make People happy, they’re genuine on stage, they have fun. I’ve attended a good bunch of concerts here in Switzerland, and our audience is pretty famous for staying quite calm and reserved during a live concert. It seems that Parov Stelar and his band had to appear in the Picture to Change that. I’ve never seen Swiss People going more crazy than at one of his live Performances. So, congratulations guys, a miracle actually happened!

If you don’t know them, then it’s probably time. In Addition to this, you’re lucky, because Parov Stelar just released his latest Baby a couple of weeks ago, called “The Demon Diaries”. The first half of this double Album contains the classic Electroswing tracks, the perfect mix to get into the Retro mood and get some taste of this amazing Musical style which Parov Stelar is pioneer of. The second half is what surprised me the most: the final part of the Album has a deeper and relaxed loungevibe, perfect for “sitting down, having a glass of red wine and just let the Songs affect yourself”, just to citate one of the artist’s explanations about this newer Music direction.

I’m positively surprised about this Little Change here. I actually love “The Demon Diaries”, I could say it’s the best Parov Stelar Album so far! It’s the perfect mix, you can choose between chill- or partymood, letting your thoughts flow along this masterpiece.
